Abstract
The evaluation and valuation of scientific & technological (S&T) achievements are important parts in the process of technology transfer, and as well, play the key role in strengthening the S&T function as the first productive force in a nation. This paper provides useful inspiration and reference for China's technology transfer practice by introducing the main legal basis and common practice of technology transfer in the US national research institutes, national laboratories and universities, and analyzing the main methods, mechanisms and related guarantee systems of technology evaluation and valuation in the US.关键词
