摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the edge detection for complex cavity of casting parts on machine vision system,an improved gray-moment edge detection with sub-pixel accuracy is proposed.We present fuzzy model instead of step model,and error func-tion applied to moment-based edge detection algorithm.Comparing detection accuracy and run time by experiments,the experiments show that the improved gray-moment operator has higher detecting precision and faster than traditional oper-ators and this approach is very suitable for on-line accurate detection.
