Abstract
To promote reform modes of talents in Colleges and universities, and college students to enhance the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, the Ministry of education to implement college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program in the country.This system from the school for college students to declare the actual demand of innovation of project management, using Java language as the foundation, construction of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship training an information management platform the basic functions, the system realizes the system management, student projects, teachers online approval, authorization and expert scoring registry concluding audit functions.关键词
