代谢综合征患者痰、郁证素与外周血miRNAs表达相关性临床研究
Clinical Study of Correlation between Syndrome Elements of Phlegm and Qi Stagnation and miRNAs Expression of Peripheral Blood in Metabolic Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between syndrome elements of phlegm and qi stagnation and miRNAs expression of peripheral blood in metabolic syndrome. Methods:The syndrome element differentiation was conducted based on diagnosis informations collected from female patients aged 40 to 55 with metabolic syndrome. The qi stagnation group consisted of 19 patients with the accumulated phlegm score larger than 100 and qi stagnation score larger than 70,while the non-qi stagnation group consisted of 22 people with the accumulated phlegm score larger than 100 and qi stagnation score less than 70. Total 20 healthy women were included as the control group. The miRNAs (miR-15b-5p、miR-142-3p、miR-221-3p and miR-451a) expressions of peripheral blood were detected by the method of real-time PCR. Results:Compared with the control group,the miR-15b-5p expressions were reduced(P<0.01),miR-142-3p,miR-221-3p(P<0.05), miR-451a ( P<0.01 ) were increased in the qi stagnation group;the expression of miR-15b-5p( P<0.01 ) , miR-221-3p(P<0.01) were reduced,miR-142-3p(P<0.01),miR-451a were increased in the non-qi stagnation group. The expressions of miR-15b-5p(P<0.05)、miR-221-3p(P<0.01) and miR-451a(P<0.01) of the depression group were higher than the non-qi stagnation group. Conclusion:Some correlations between syndrome elements of phlegm and qi stagnation and miRNAs expression of peripheral blood exist in female patients aged 40 to 55 with metabolic syndrome.关键词
