脱敏汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期疗效观察
Observation of Efficacy of Tuomin Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Persistent Bronchial Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Tuomin decoction in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma of lung,spleen and kidney deficiency pattern. Methods:Total 60 patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups ,with 30 patients in each group. The observation group was given Tuomin decoction,while the control group was given salmeterol assigned aerosol inhalation. Both groups were treated for 3 months. By observing the changes of symptoms ,signs and pulmonary functions of the two groups,the efficacy of Tuomin decoction in treating chronic persistent bronchial asthma was evaluated. Results:The total effective rates of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). After treatment,the signs,symptoms and lung function scores were improved significantly,compared between the treatment and the control groups,as well as within the treatment and the control groups , with statistical difference ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion:Tuomin decoction in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma of lung ,spleen and kidney deficiency pattern obtained sig-nificant effects.关键词
