丹参川芎嗪联合心脉隆治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效

Abstract
Objective :To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with Xin-mailong in the treatment of chronic heart failure .Methods :Selected 82 patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized .The control group were treated with Xinmailong on the basis of control group 's treatment .The treat-ment group was treated with salvia ligustrazine on the basis of routine treatment .To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions .Results :In the observation group ,two D- dimer ,matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-1) levels were (1 .00 ± 0 .18) μg/ml and (4 .34 ± 0 .31)μg /L ,lower than the control group ,and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level(984 .8 ± 100 .5)pg/ml ,higher than that of the control group .The observation group left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ,left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) respectively (36 .8 ± 7 .7)% and(87 .5 ± 5 .5)% higher than the control group ,and the left ventricular early and late diastolic filling velocity ratio (E/A) for (0 .89 ± 0 .13) , lower than the control group .Conclusion :Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with Xinmailong can significantly improve the heart function and reduce the level of matrix metalloproteinase in patients with chronic heart failure .关键词
