摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy of etimicin combined with Tanreqing in the treatment of bronchiectasis with Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonization and infection .Methods :The patients in the control group were treated with etimicin and the observation group was treated with etimicin combined with Tanreqing .After the end of the treatment ,the clinical efficacy ,pulmonary function ,blood gas analysis ,and chest inflammation absorption of the two groups were compared .Results :The total effective rate of the observation group was superior to that of the control group , the difference was statistically significant .The inflammation absorption rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group .The lung function ,hypoxia status and carbon dioxide retention were significantly improved in the obser -vation group .Conclusion :The efficacy of etimicin combined with Tanreqing in treatment of bronchiectasis with Pseudo -monas aeruginosa colonization and infection is worthy of clinical application .关键词
