肺间质纤维化中医证候及临床特征分析

Abstract
Objective :To analyze the TCM syndromes and clinical features of 46 patients with pulmonary in-terstitial fibrosis .Methods :The clinical data of 46 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were retrospectively analyzed .The clinical symptoms ,signs and classification of TCM symptoms were analyzed ,and the related profes-sional knowledge was analyzed .The main clinical symptoms were analyzed by cluster analysis .Results :The com-mon symptoms of patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis included shortness of breath (93 .48% ) ,cough (89 . 13% ) ,wheezing (86 .96% ) ,fatigue (84 .78% ) and sputum expectoration (78 .26% ) .(17 .39% ) ,phlegm-heat ob-structing lung syndrome (17 .39% ) ,deficiency of Qi and Yin (15 .22% ) ,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome (15 . 22% ) .Conclusion :The most common types of TCM syndromes of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis are lung and kidney qi de -ficiency syndrome ,blood stasis syndrome and so on ,and have certain regularity .关键词
