止喘洗足方辅助治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效观察
Clinical observation of Zhichuan Xizu decoction treatment for phlegm-heat obstructing in lungs of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation

Abstract
Objective :To observe the clinical curative effect of herbal fumigation treatment for phlegm- heat obstructing in lungs of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation .Methods :The 40 cases of a-cute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .The treatment group was treated with herbal fumigation combined with routine western medicine , while the control group just only given routine western medicine .Two groups were observed before and after treat-ment in patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral and the levels of C-reative protein .Results :Af-ter treatment ,the treatment group of syndrome integral (3 .90 ± 1 .80) is lower than the control group (6 .45 ± 1 . 99) ,which the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .And the treatment group of C-reative protein(8 .14 ± 8 .40) is lower than the control group (31 .90 ± 26 .07) ,which the difference was statistically significant (P < 0 . 05) .Conclusion :Herbal fumigation combined with routine western medicine treatment for phlegm-heat obstructing in lungs of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation ,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce markers of inflammation such as CRP ,improve the quality of life .关键词
