补肾地黄丸联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆临床观察

Abstract
Objective :This study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Dihuang pill combined with donepezil in the treatment of vascular dementia .Methods :113 patients with vascular dementia of the two groups were given routine symptomatic treatment .The control group was treated by donepezil ,the treatment group was treated by Bushen Dihuang pill on the basis of the control group .It evaluated the clinical efficacy ,the score of daily living scale (ADL ) and the MOS item short from health survey (SF-36) ,and also the adverse reaction of the two groups .Results :The effective rate of the observation group was 87 .72% ,which was significantly better than that of 76 .79% in the control group .After treatment ,the ADL score of the two groups were statistically significantly higher than before treatment ,and ADL score of the observation group was statistically significantly better than that of in the control group (t= -3 .096 , P = 0 .003) .The SF-36 score of the two groups were statistically significantly higher than that of before treatment ,and SF-36 score of 79 .20 ± 12 .37 in the observation group was statistically sig-nificantly higher than that of 75 .17 ± 6 .20 in the control group (t = 2 .195 , P= 0 .003) .The adverse reaction rate was 10 .53% in the observation group ,which was lower than that of 21 .43% in the control group (χ2 = 7 .472 ,P=0 .037) .Conclusion :It has a significant clinical efficacy of the Bushen Dihuang pill combined with donepezil in the treatment of vascular dementia patients .It can significant improve the ability of daily living and the quality of life .It also has fewer side effects with high safety and low adverse reaction .关键词
