补肾祛瘀法在老年腰椎间盘突出症中的应用观察
Study of Bushen Quyu in senile lumbar disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To study the value of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of senile lumbar disc herni-ation .Method :A total of 118 consecutives suitable for the experiment enrolled were individed into control and ex -periment groups by random control method .The patients in experiment group received precompounded prescription order and lumbar function exercise ,and the others in control group received diclofenac sodium sustained release tab-lets ,waist brake .Compare the indicators including clinical efficacy rate ,pain VAS ,JOA score and safety evaluation . Results :The total efficacy rate three months later in experiment group was significantly higher than control group (88 .1% vs 72 .9% ,P< 0 .05) .The VAS and JOA scores were both lower as days extended ,what's more ,they in ex-periment group were significantly lower after two weeks ,one month and three months (VAS :Finter-groups = 12 . 632 ,P< 0 .05 ,Ftime = 9 .632 ,P< 0 .05 ;JOA :Finter-groups = 24 .651 ,P< 0 .05 ,Ftime = 15 .326 ,P< 0 .05)) .Conclu-sion :Kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of senile lumbar disc herniation could prove better security and efficacy .关键词
