Abstract
Objective :To explore the clinical value of Kang'ai injection combined with XELOX (Capecitabine +Oxaliplatin) scheme in the treatment of advanced colon cancer .Methods :62 cases with advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group .The control group were treated with XELOX scheme ,while the observation group were added with Kang'ai injection based on the same chemotherapy ,21 days for 1 cycles .The efficacy ,quality of life and adverse reactions were evaluated after 2 cycles .After two years of follow-up ,the survival rate of the two groups was compared .Results :The effective rates and the survival rates of 1 ,2 years in the observation group were slightly higher than that of the control group ,there was no statistical difference in the above results .The improvement rate of life quality and side effects of chemotherapy in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ,the differences were statistically significant .Conclusion :Kang'ai injection can improve the tolerance of advanced colon cancer to chemotherapy ,reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life .关键词
