扶正固本类中药中微量元素含量测定及药效关系研究
The elements content determination of Fuzheng Guben and the relationship study between content and efficacy

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the content of microelement in the six immunity Chinese medicine (Bu Gu Zhi ,Bai Guo ,Dang Shen ,Huang Qi ,Shu Di ,Shan Yao) by flame a-tomic absorption spectrometry ( FAAS) .Meth-ods :The six immunity chinese medicine were degradated through using the mixed solution of HNO 3 and HClO 4 to digest the samples .The four microelement content (Cu ,Zn ,Fe ,Mn) of these chinese medicine were determind by FAAS under Air-Acetylene flame .Results :The highest content of zinc element and Mn element is Dang Shen ,re-spectively reached to 67 .25 μg/g 、31 .40 μg/g . The highest content of Cu element is Bu Gu Zhi ,reached to 22 .00μg/g .Fe element content in Shan Yao is the highest ,reached to 429 .50 μg /g .Conclusion :The results showed that the highest element content is Fe element in this six medicinal medicine (Bu Gu Zhi ,Bai Guo ,Dang Shen ,Huang Qi ,Shu Di ,Shan Yao) .Dang Shen contains rich Zn and Mn element ,which could be related to the effect of regulating blood sugar ,enhancing immunity and antiulcer .Shan Yao contains rich Fe element ,which may have a relationship with nourishing the stomach and spleen ,improving lung and kidney function .关键词
