摘要

Abstract

An oxytetracycline-degrading strain from the soil of poultry breeding farms in Huludao City was isolated by enrichment culture method and its degradation conditions were optimized.The strain named YH1 was identified based on the morphology observation;the colony morphology was gray, irregular margin, and the center was raised like a straw hat.By 16S rDNA gene sequence, the preliminary identification suggested that the strain belonged to Brevundimonas sp.When the temperature was 30℃, pH was 6.0, and mass concentration of oxytetracycline was 300mg/L, the degradation rate of the bacterial strain was up to 70.34%.Adding different carbon or nitrogen sources and metal ions had an impact on the degradation of strains;when 2g/L soluble starch and maltose were added, the degradation rate of the strain was increased;when 1g/L of Fe3+ and Cu2+ was added, the degradation rate of the strain was increased;while Cd2+ and Mn2+ could inhibit the degradation rate.
