Research on service quality evaluation and promotion strategy of online travel platform
摘要
Abstract
Recently, online travel platform has become a kind of new format, however, there are also some problems, such as simplex business model, low service level,etc. Focus-ing on the problem ,according to the requirements of the devel-opment trend of online travel platform and personalized needs of customers, this paper has consummated the service quality evaluation index of online travel platform, so as to provide the scientific basis for the management of online travel company. At the end, based on the research results, this paper puts for-ward the corresponding strategies to improve the service qual-ity of online travel platforms,so as to emphasize the essential role of online travel in the health and sustainable development of tourism industry in our country.关键词
