摘要

Abstract

Based on the existing studies of entrepreneurial orientation, through the method of Empirical Research, this paper examines the relationships between entrepreneurial orientation and team performance in the dynamic environment. It is found that entrepreneurial orientation has an positive effect on team performance. And this paper examines the mediating role of team learning and the moderating effect of environmental dynamism. This survey expands the area of research of entrepreneurial orientation from enterprise level to team level. Finally, it discusses the implications of the results to the management theory and practice.
