基于Cox比例风险模型的电梯保养决策研究
A Research on Elevator Maintenance Decision Based on the Cox Proportional Hazard Model
摘要
Abstract
This paper connects four elevator characters including type of cities, type of buildings, age of elevator and type of elevator with elevator failure rate, and builds a Cox proportional hazard model. The empirical research demonstrates that the first three covariates have significant effect on elevator failure rate and our Cox model's failure prediction accuracy is above 80%. Based on Cox model's good prediction ability of failure, the paper builds a preventive maintenance decision model with the goal of minimizing the total costs of repair and maintenance per unit time, and provides personalized maintenance intervals for different types of elevators according to their service environment and their own age.关键词
