社区一专多能糖尿病管理护士在护理门诊中的作用评价

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of diabetes management nurse in community nursing service. Methods A team of diabetes education for outpatients was built by the trained diabetes managementnurse. The team provided individual health education. Forty diabetes patients in Chedun Town Community Health Service Center visiting during March and April 2016 were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire. The mastering of diabetes knowledge,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were analyzed.Results Six months after intervention,the mastering of diabetes knowledge,the levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The community nursingservice led by diabetes management nurse can effectively improve the self-management ability of diabetes patients, standardize the management of blood glucose,and improve the glucose control.关键词
