豚鼠咳嗽反应性的不同检测方法研究
Testing of cough reflex sensitivity with different challenge agents in guinea pigs

Abstract
Objective To investigate the optimal concentration of different challenge agents for testing cough reflex sensitivity in guinea pigs.Methods Unanesthesized healthy guinea pigs and guinea pigs of citric acid-induced chronic cough model were subjected to inhale citric acid,capsaicin orcinnamaldehyde with various concentrations.The cough counts and the data related to airway resistance were documented.Results When 0.2 mol/L citric acid,10-5 moL/L capsalcin or 20 mmol/L cinnamaldehyde were applied as irritants separately,there were significant differences in cough counts between healthy guinea pigs and those with chronic cough,but no difference in airway resistance between two groups.Individual differences exited while the combination of different stimuli was applied.Conclusion 0.2 mol/L citric acid,10-5 mol/L capsaicin or 20 mmol/L cinnamaldehyde are the optimal concentration of challenge agents for cough provocation test in guinea pigs,and it would be better to use combination of various cough challenge agents.关键词
