干扰素α-2b联合健脾方治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的多中心随机对照研究
Interferon α-2b combined with Chinese medicine Spleen-Invigorating prescription for HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B: a multicenter randomized controlled clinical trial

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Spleen-Invigorating prescription combined with interferon α-2b in treatment of HBeAg (+) chronic hepatitis B (CHB).Methods One hundred and seventeen patients with HBeAg(+) CHB from 3 tertiary referral centers in Shanghai were randomly divided into study group and control group.Patients in study group were given Spleen-Invigorating prescription combined with interferon α-2b,and those in control group were treated with interferon α-2b alone with a treatment course of 6 months in both groups.The improvement of TCM syndrome,serum biochemical indexes,virus serological indicators and the incidence rate of drug adverse reaction during and after the treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the ALT,HBV-DNA levels in study group decreased more markedly than those in control group,and HBeAg negative conversion rate was significantly higher in study group (all P ＜ 0.05),while there was no significant difference in serum conversion (positive conversion) rate of HBeAg between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The comprehensive curative effects,response rate especially the complete response rate in study group was higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).TCM symptoms score in study group was declined,symptoms were more improved than those in control group.The white blood cell count in study group was lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Spleen-Invigorating prescription combined with interferon α-2b is superior to interferon α-2b alone in treatment of HBeAg(+) chronic hepatitis B.关键词
