Abstract
Objective To evaluate serum biomarkers in differential diagnosis of ovarian borderline tumors from malignant tumors.Methods Clinical data of 179 patients with non-benign tumor patients,including 50 cases of borderline ovarian tumors and 129 cases of malignant ovarian tumors,were retrospectively analyzed.The serum levels of tumor markers CEA,APF,CA125,CA199 and HE4 were measured and compared between two groups of non-benign ovarian tumors.Results There were no significant differences in serum CA199 and CA125 positive rate between borderline and malignant groups;while in patients with elevated CA125,the CA125 level in malignant group was significantly higher than that in the borderline group (P ＜ 0.05).The positive rate of HE4 in malignant group was higher than that in borderline group (P ＜ 0.05).Combined detection of serum CA125,CA199 and HE4 increased the positive rate of malignant tumors.Conclusion The positive rate of serum HE4 in patients with malignant ovarian tumor increases.Combined measurement of CA125,HE4 and CA199 may improve the early detection rate of malignant ovarian tumors.关键词
