摘要

Abstract

Magnetic mesoporous carbon composites were a type of nanomaterials which exhibit properties of both mesoporous carbon materials and magnetic materials.Magnetic mesoporous carbon composites have characteristics of high specific surface area,uniform pore size distribution and environment friendly,as well as good magnetic separation.In this paper,we briefly outline the common preparation methods of mesoporous carbon and magnetic nanoparticles,and then a comprehensive review is presented to introduce and compare the fabrication of magnetic mesoporous carbon composites.Their novel applications in biological medicine,catalysis and sewage treatment were also introduced.The future developments of magnetic mesoporous carbon composites have also been prospected.Meanwhile,the advantages and challenges of environmental friendly green synthetic route in the preparation of magnetic mesoporous carbon composites were discussed.
