Abstract
Mixed copper anode slime enriches precious metals,it is an important raw material for the recover of precious metals.The extraction of copper and nickel is the first step to enrich precious metals in the treatment process of the mixed copper anode slime.Copper and nickel were extracted from the mixed copper anode slime by sulfating roasting-leaching technology in this paper.The effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,leaching liquid to solid ratio,sulphuric acid concentration and leaching temperature were investigated.The results show that the leaching rate of copper and nickel is up to 96.6% under the conditions of 400 ℃ roasting temperature,3 hours roasting time,4∶1 leaching liquid to solid ratio,100 g·L-1 sulphuric acid concentration and 80 ℃ leaching temperature,the copper and nickel in mixed copper anode slime are effectively extracted,the leaching rate of tin is 13.0%.So the leaching residue can be used as the raw material for the extraction of tin and precious metals.关键词
