摘要

Abstract

The composition distribution and the intergranular phase microstructure of 5383 aluminum alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),and transmission electron microscope(TEM),and the influence of homogenizing to segregating behavior and evolution of the microstructure was analyzed.The results show that the segregation on Mg,Cu and Mn elements and many eutectic phases with low melting-point exist in the 5383 aluminum alloy microstructure at the grain boundary,most of metallic intergranular phase along the grain boundary in network.The non-equilibrium eutectic phases dissolved after homogenization,and the grain boundary became sparse and all elements became more homogenized.The grains grow up and transformed into nodular,a large number of small precipitates phase near grain boundary and dislocation.Combined with experimental analysis and calculation results of homogenization dynamics equation,the proper homogenizing process of the 5383 aluminum alloy is 480-490 ℃,24 h,and the overburnt temperature is 506 ℃.
