摘要

Abstract

Microstructure characteristics,mechanical properties and wear resistance property of CW713R special brass in different heat treatment were investigated using metallurgical metalloscope(OM),universal testing machines and vickers hardness tester and grain-abrasion wear tester.The results indicate that while annealing temperature increasing from 200 ℃ to 300 ℃,acicular α phase precipitated,β phase matrix unchanged basically;and annealing temperature increased from 300 ℃ to 450 ℃,α phase grew short rod-like or equiaxed,β phase matrix appeared coarse.When annealing temperature rose from 450 ℃ to 550 ℃,α phase disappeared and turned into β phase,β phase matrix became coarse observably.Amount of α and β phase,also its shape are bound to lead to the mechanical property change.Comparing the mechanical property target under different heat treatment,extrusion billet,which was drawn slightly then treated by 300 ℃×3 h,can attained the optimum mechanical properties.
