Aging Analysis of High Strength Cu-Ni-Co-Si Alloy and Phase Change Equations' Deduction

Abstract
In this manuscript we investigated the effect of aging process on the conductivity of Cu-Ni-Co-Si alloy solution.The transformation kinetic equation of the alloy was obtained through the relationship between the conductivity and volume friction of the precipitated second phase.We found that the conductivity increases faster at the beginning of the solute alloy aged,but after 4 hours it turns to be slower,and the higher the aging temperature shows higher conductivity as well as linear relationship between conductivity increasing rate and precipitated quantity of second phase in the course of aging treatment.Transformation kinetic equation and conductivity equation of the alloy at different temperatures under 500 ℃ were obtained.It is demonstrated that the calculated values based on the conductivity equation is well consistent with those of experimental.关键词
