摘要
Abstract
A new box-type heating furnace for extrusion die of aluminum profile was briefly introduced in the paper.It was compared with traditional resistance wire heating furnace on energy saving test and application under the same testing condition.The curve graph of temperature changing and the energy consumption during the heating and heating preservation were recorded,so with the heat loss during the heating preservation.The result shows that the heating efficiency of box-type heating furnace is improved about 50%,while the power consumption is reduced by 57% compared with the traditional mold heating furnace.Meanwhile,the box-type heating furnace has a series of advantage,such as high heat transfer efficiency,good thermal insulation properties,good heating uniformity,high safety factory,longer service life of die and lower mold damage rate.The box-type heating furnace has a good application in the aluminum processing industry.关键词
