拨针疗法配合支具治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧凸疗效观察
Observations on the Efficacy of Teasing Needle Therapy plus a Brace for Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of teasing needle therapy plus a brace in treating adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Method Eleven patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis were enrolled. Teasing needle therapy was first used and brace treatment was given one week later. The mean brace correction rates were compared between at the patient's first visit and three months of treatment.Result The mean brace correction rate was 61.4% at the patient's first visit and 39.5% at three months of treatment; there was a statistically significant difference in between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Teasing needle therapy plus a brace is an effective way to treat adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.关键词
