摘要

Abstract

The structure and technological characteristics of the circular hole bushing holder were analyzed,and the structural design and operating process of injection mold of the part were introduced.The side core-pulling mechanism of gear wheel and rack was applied to form the threaded hole on the part.To optimize mold,the threaded core and round nuts were used to adjust the distance from thread hole to the main core.The mould is a four cavity structure,the cavity and the core are respectively adopt the integral type and the embedded structure,the mold structure is reasonable,the movement is reliable,and the automatic production can be realized.
