摘要

Abstract

The conformal cooling channel design methods were classified.The design of the track,section shape and internal structure were analyzed.Taking the impeller plastic product as an example,the reasonable design scheme of the following shape cooling was selected,and the 3D was printed by the SLM method.After injection molding,the injection molding experiments were carried out.After testing the temperature of the test point,the temperature distribution was uniform.It is shown that the shape cooling technology based on 3D can improve the cooling effect.
