Determination of Lead, Cadmium, Chromium and Mercury in Plastic Suspension Assembly Athlatic Floor by ICP-OES and ICP-MS

摘要

Abstract

By studying digestion effect with the different digestion system of plastic suspension assembly athletic floor,the microwave digestion system was established with the HNO3-H2O2-HF,and methods for determination of four heavy metals including lead,cadmium,chromium,mercury in plastic suspension assembly athletic floor by Inductively Coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) have been developed.The linear correlation coefficients of ICP-OES and ICP-MS were both more than 0.999.For ICP-MS,recovery rates were between 82.0% and 111.5% and the relative standard diviations were from 0.1% to 11.1%.By ICP-MS,the recoverises were 97.1%~116.5%,and the relative standard diviations were 0.2%~9.2%.The results indicate that two methods are rapid,simple,and have good accuracy and precision and suitable for determination of the four heavy metals in plastic suspension assembly athletic floor.ICP-MS has lower detection limit and has important applications in trace and ultra trace analysis.However,the instrument is expensive and low popularizing rate.ICP-OES has higher popularizing rate in local laboratory.
