阻燃剂甲基膦酸二甲酯对硬质聚氨酯泡沫性能的影响

Abstract
The effects of flame retardant dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP) on the properties of rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) were discussed in the paper.RPUF would collapse and shrink while the addition amount of DMMP was over 15％,and its quality would be decreased.In turn,dimensional stability of RPUF would not change obviously while the addition amount of DMMP was below 15％ and the temperature was within 40℃ but the shrinkage extent of RPUF increased when the temperature was over 85℃.DMMP could promote the flame retardancy of RPUF however it decreased the compression and bending strength.The LOI value of RPUF was increased from 19.2％ to 23.7％ and the compression and bending strength were decreased from 5.82 and 6.55 MPa/(kg·m3)to 3.12 and 2.88 MPa/(kg·m3) respectively when DMMP addition amount was 15％.The SEM photos showed that the RPUF bubbles were contracted and thinned while added DMMP.关键词
