摘要

Abstract

The objective of the design and development of cloud management platform and cloud management system is to study and explore a new innovated management mode for the construction of water resources project;i.e.on the one hand,it is necessary to break out the restrictions of the conventional management mode and mechanism;on the other hand,the continuous exploration and trial are to be made on the technique and method for its realization.The construction of the cloud computing management platform and system is a kind of highly efficient and intensified construction mode,which solves the manual management traditional mode,decentralized management and inefficiency problems faced by the realization of the informationized management of the construction of water resources project,thus fully enhances the integral level of the informationized management of the construction and simultaneously raise the construction level and the quality concerned.During the design and development,many problems those are necessary to be deeply studied are put forward herein as well.
