摘要
Abstract
In order to strengthen the effective management of water resources project,the relevant techniques of GPRS(General Packet Radio Service),Internet,cloud server,etc.are adopted in the water resources informatization to fulfill the real-time and long-distance transmission of water resources information in accordance with the status quos of the mid-small sized reservoirs.Adopting GPRS communication between the monitoring center and the in situ observationstations,the long-distance laying of the communication cable can be avoided and the lightning proof performance of the system can be enhanced as well Moreover,establishing regional data center,the monitoring data can be automatically and periodically send to the relevant professional agencies possessed of strong technical force for realizing the unified management of the reservoir group concerned through the internet.Furthermore,renting the cloud server for realizing the integral hardware platform for the informitization of the super long-distance management of project,not only the arrangement of the main controlling computer at the project site can be avoided,but the working load of the operating management personnel can also be reduced.The applications of the relevant techniques to single reservoir,reservoir group,over-seas project,etc.are described in detail herein,in which the applicable conditions,advantages and relevant attentions for various modes are analyzed.In this way,the water resources informatization and the effective management concerned are realized.Application mode can be referenced for the similar projects.关键词
