负压封闭引流技术在足踝部皮瓣手术中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Application of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in foot and ankle flap repairing surgery.Methods Totally 21 cases suffered from foot and ankle defect of skin and soft tissue were collected from 2014 Mar to 2016 Jun for analysis.All patients received emergency debridement combining VSD and carried on the selective surgery of the flap repairing combining VSD after the wound recovered.Results The skin flap all survived in 21 patients.The flaps of two case presented partial edge necrosis,and the wound recovered when the necrotic edge of flap was cut offand intensive changing dressings was performed.1 cases of skin flap infection,the wound recovered after improvement debridement combining VSD irrigation treatment.Conclusion VSD technology is applied to the foot and ankle flap repairing surgery can provide good postoperative drainage,relieve edema,promote wound healing,improve the survival rate of skin flap,shorten the treatment cycle,relieve the suffering of the patients,obtain good postoperative effect,which is worth of clinical application.关键词
