摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore application of anterior lateral incision assisted reduction in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods From Jun 2012 to Jun 2015,20 patients with irreducible femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by intramedullary nail fixation.Anterior lateral incision around the fracture and bone-holding clamp was made to aid fracture reduction during the operation.When the reduction of the fracture reached satisfactory stage,intramedullary nail was used to fix the fracture.Results The operation time was 30 to 70 min (mean,45 min);the intraoperative blood loss was 100 to 350 mL (mean,180 mL).Postoperative X-ray showed the reduction of the fracture was satisfactory.All cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months (mean,8.3 months).Bone union was observed in all cases,it is well.According to Harris Hip scores,17cases were rated as excellent and 3were good.Conclusion For irreducible femoral intertrochanteric fracture with close reduction,anterior lateral incision can be applied around the fracture to aid fracture reduction during the surgery,which can help achieve the best results and reduce complications.关键词
