摘要
Abstract
Tibial plateau fractures present in a wide spectrum of injury severity and pattern,which are intra-articular injuries of the knee joint,are often difficult to treat and have a high complication rate,especially the osteoarthritis.Now,the management of complex tibial plateau fractures is ever evolving.To achieve good clinical outcomes,we should start with a thorough evaluation and preoperative planning period,which leads to choosing the most appropriate surgical approach and fixation strategy.In this article we report on the latest advances made in the management of the tibial plateau fractures.关键词
