Influence of peer support group nursing intervention on social support,self-management efficacy and life style of patients after robot assisted laparoscopic radical nephrectomy

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of peer support group nursing intervention on social support,self management efficacy and life style of patients with robot assisted laparoscopic radical nephrectomy.Methods:A total of 82 patients with laparoscopic radical nephrectomy were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine nursing care,the patients in observation group received peer support group nursing intervention on the basis of it,and then to compare the scores of social support,self-management and healthy lifestyle of patients between both groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the total score of social support was(38.11±5.25),the total score of self-management efficacy was(65.93± 11.46),the total score of health lifestyle was(95.74±20.48) in observation group.They were higher than those in control group after the intervention.The total score of social support(30.01±4.36),the total score of self-management efficacy(54.37±10.27),healthy lifestyle score(84.58±22.15),the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The peer support group could improve the level of social support,the self-efficacy and life style of patients after robot assisted laparoscopic radical nephrectomy.关键词
