乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗的副反应对生命质量的影响
Influence of adverse reactions of endocrine therapy on quality of life of patients with breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the related factors affecting the quality of life of breast cancer patients with endocrine therapy.Methods:A total of 237 breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy in the first year in a third grade A hospital in Shenyang city were investigated by using measurement scale of Chinese version of the quality of life questionnaire FACT-B and endocrine therapy of breast cancer patients,analyze the influence factors of the quality of life of breast cancer patients with endocrine treatment.Results:216 cases of patients(91.14％)experienced adverse drug reactions in different degree;FACT-B score(97.860 ± 19.353) at the middle level;joint/muscle pain,vaginal bleeding,vaginal dryness,loss of appetite and nausea and vomiting had impact for the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.Conclusions:The incidence of drug side effects of endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients was higher,breast specialist medical staff and endocrine therapy consultant should continue to focus on the patient's condition,strengthen the guidance,give the drug or non drug intervention,relieve the patients' concerns on medication,improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer during taking durgs in endocrine therapy.关键词
