5年制护理本科生时间管理倾向与焦虑的相关性研究
Correlation study between time management disposition and anxiety of 5 year nursing undergraduates
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the time management disposition and anxiety in 5 year nursing undergradu-ates,and their relationship.Methods:The Adolescence Time Management Disposition(ATMD)and the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to investigate 3265 year nursing undergraduates.Results:5 year nursing undergraduates'ATMD average scores were 3.34±0.46,SAS average scores were 2.24±0.52.There was a sig-nificant difference in the ATMD average scores and the sense of time value average scores of nursing undergrad-uates between urban and rural groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in SAS average scores be-tween different ways of selecting major in nursing undergraduates(t=2.092,P=0.031).There was no signifi-cant difference in the ATMD scale,3 subscales and SAS average scores between the nursing students of different grades and whether they were the only child(P>0.05).The time management disposition score was hegatively correlated with anxiety score of 5 years undergraduate nursing(r=-0.269,P=0.000).The ways of selecting maj or and time efficiency entered into the regression equation that the anxiety was the dependent variable,their explanation of anxiety was 11 .3%.Conclusions:5 year nursing students had a higher level of time management disposition,which was negatively correlated with the level of anxiety,and the ways of selecting maj or and time efficiency had a better predictive function on anxiety.关键词
