乙型肝炎病毒感染育龄女性婚育观现状调查与分析
Investigation and analysis on status quo of marriage and child rearing concept of reproductive women with hepatitis B virus infection

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the marriage and child rearing concept of reproductive women with hepatitis B virus infection,in order to provide reference for the improvement of social discrimination against hepatitis B. Methods:A total of 102 cases of reproductive women with hepatitis B virus infection were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire in the treatment of a third grade A hospital in Fujian Province.Results:Age,living conditions,marital status and fertility circumstance could influence the marriage and child rearing concept of re-productive women with hepatitis B virus infection(P<0.05).18.63% of patients believed that the infection of hepatitis B virus had no effect on marriage and fertility,90.20% believed it could get married and procreate under the doctor's guidance and in stable condition,75.49% patients informed her boyfriend/spouse.The main concerns for patients infected with hepatitis B virus were in the following order:whether infected each other, whether the next generation would be infected,worried about their health,economic pressure.Conclusions:Hep-atitis B virus infection caused trouble of marriage and fertility and negative effects on the mental state to repro-ductive women,so such people should improve the cognition degree of hepatitis B knowledge,strengthen social support,improve the negative psychology,and improve the quality of life.关键词
