Enlightenment of Chinese modern nursing history to the development of human resources
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviewed the development of modern nursing specialty in China and summarized the status quo of nursing human resources in China.It put forward the development direction of nursing human resources in China for future,including emphasizing the construction of nurses'team,optimizing the allocation of human resources,improving career planning,creating magnetic cultural atmosphere,building multi-level training mod-el,and standardizing the training and using specification of specialist nurse and other aspects.关键词
