摘要
Abstract
This article reviewed the research progress of the core competencies of professionals in hospital infec-tion management at home and abroad from the aspects of the related concept of core competency,role function of professional personnel,the standard of core competency,core competence training and evaluation.It put for-ward that China should gradually improve the comprehensive training of infection management on both in school and on-the-job,and develop a core competency evaluation system for full-time management personnel of hospital infection.关键词
