邯郸市空巢老人生活质量影响因素的综合分析
Comprehensive analysis of influencing factors of quality of life of empty nesters in Handan city

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influencing factors on the quality of life(QOL)of empty nesters in Handan city.Methods:A total of 600 elderly people aged over 60 years were randomly sampled in three districts(Congtai District,Handan District,and Fuxing District)of Handan City,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among them,in which 300 empty nesters in empty nester group and 300 elderlies in non-empty nester group.The in-fluencing factors were analyzed by conducting the general sociological situation,and using Short Form Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL),and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Results:ADL scores of empty nester group and non-empty nester group were(17.94±5.78)points and(19.42± 6.85)points respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-4.722,P=0.000).The scores of non-empty nester group on subjective support,objective support,utility of support and general score were higher than those of empty nester group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of all dimensions of SF-36 and the total score of empty nester group were lower than those in non-empty nester group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main factors influen-cing the total score of SF-36 in empty nesters were chronic diseases,family monthly income,exercise,SSRS, ADL,sleep quality,educational level,age and living condition.Conclusions:The QOL of empty nesters in Han-dan city was lower than that of non-empty nester.The influencing factors included the age,education level, sleep quality,family monthly income,exercise,SSRS score ADL score,and living condition.关键词
