穴位艾灸促进产后泌乳的临床研究
Clinical study of moxibustion to promote postpartum lactation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To promote lactation and improve breastfeeding rate,moxibustion was placed on the points of Danzhong(RN 17),Rugen(ST 18),Zusanli(ST 36)in the early postpartum.Methods:The randomized single blind control method was used to divided the parturients into group A,group B,and group C.Parturients in group A were given moxibustion on points of Danzhong,Zusanli,and Rugen and breastfeeding guidance.Parturi-ents in group B were given moxibustion on Tianshu(ST25),Xuanzong(GB39),and Juque(RN14)and breast-feeding guidance.Parturients in group C were given breastfeeding guidance and encouragement.The degree of breast filling and the amount of lactation were observed on postpartum day 18t,day 3rd and day 5th.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of breast filling and lactation among the three groups on the first day postpartum.The breast filling and lactation of group A were better than those of group B and group C on the postpartum 3rd day and 5th day,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions:Moxibustion placed on the points of Danzhong,Rugen,and Zusanli in the early postpartum can pro-mote lactation and increase postpartum lactation.关键词
