肿瘤病人PICC导管相关性血栓的危险因素分析
Analysis of risk factors of PICC catheter related thrombosis in cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the risk factors of catheter related thrombosis(CRT)following the peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)in patients with cancer.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 100 cases of CRT cancer patients and 150 cases of non-CRT cancer patients during the same period of hospitaliza-tion.The general data and catheterization data were analyzed by univariate analysis.The factors that had statis-tical differences were assigned and enroll in the unconditional Logistic regression model for the analysis.Results:Unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that infection(OR=5.524,95% CI1.606-19.002),venous thrombosis(OR=3.926,95%CI1.247-12.364),bone marrow suppression(OR=2.247,95%CI1.115-5.243), puncture limb(left upper limb)(OR=1.954,95%CI1.028-3.717),puncture point anomalies(OR=2.887,95% CI1.025-8.135)were the independent risk factors of CRT.Conclusions:PICC patients with risk factors should receive early prevention intervention,reduce the incidence of CRT,and reduce the burden on patients.关键词
