加温氧气雾化吸入在AECOPD病人中的运用效果分析
Analysis of application effect of heated oxygen aerosol inhalation for AECOPD patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of heated oxygen aerosol inhalation for patients with acute exacerba-tion of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:A total of 92 AECOPD patients were en-rolled in our hospital from November 2015 to April 2016.They were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=47).Patients in control group were treated with routine oxygen aerosol inhala-tion,and patients in observation group were treated with oxygen aerosol inhalation heated with airflow heating apparatus.The two groups were compared in the following aspects:comfort level before and after inhalation, treatment compliance,COPD assessment test(CAT)scores and average length of stay.Results:The comfort of patients in observation group was significantly better than that in control group on the 3rd day and the 7th day after the aerosol inhalation(P<0.05).The total CAT scores of patients in observation group before discharge was 19.36±5.36,which was improved significantly compared with the total score before intervention(33.88± 9.14),and better than that in control group(25.27±7.09)during the same period.The differences were statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The average length of stay in observation group(16.27±6.43 days)was shorter than that in control group(18.56±6.63 days).The treatment compliance of patients in observation group(80.9%) was better than that in control group(53.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Heated oxygen aerosol inhalation treat-ment could effectively improve comfort level and treatment compliance of AECOPD patients,thus improve pa-tients'clinical symptoms and shorten the length of stay.关键词
