FAT10基因单核苷酸多态性与肝细胞癌发生相关性分析
Analysis of relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism of FAT 10 gene and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To analysis the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism of FAT 10 gene and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma .Methods :120 patients with HCC and 136 healthy people were recruited . All subjects were genotyped by DNA sequencing to discuss the relationship between different genotypes and liver HCC .Results :7 SNPs were identified in all subjects .The + 3476T/C ,+ 3607C/G ,+ 3620C/G and +3809G/T genotype significantly reduce the incidence of HCC (P<0 .05) ,but no SNPs were associated with disease clinicopathology(P>0 .05) .Estimated by haploview software ,genetic linkage disequilibrium existed in both groups , AGCTCGT、GGCTCGT、AATCTCG and AATTTCG were four common haplotypes ,haplotype AGCTCGT and haplotype GGCTCGT were related to reduced HCC risk (OR=0 .41 ,95% CI:0 .231~0 .713 ;OR=0 .43 ,95% CI:0 . 221~0 .834) ,AATTTCG haplotype may promote the occurrence of HCC(OR=1 .64 ,95% CI:1 .242~2 .174) .Con-clusion :FAT10 gene SNPs is involved in the susceptibility of HCC ,while further study is required to confirm this hypothesis by expanding the sample size .关键词
