Abstract
Objective:To investigate the coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with he-licobacter pylori (HP) infection status and ankle-brachial index (ABI) and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (BaP-WV) correlation ,Analysis of HP infection on the hardening of the arteries of patients with coronary by heart disease complicated with 2 diabetes mellitus patients .Methods :Choosed 200 patients with coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes mellitus ,the C14 urea breath test to detect HP infection status and severity ,ABI and BaPWV measure-ment .Results :HP infection were 137 cases ,infection rate were 68 .50% ,among them 78 cases of mild infection ,se-vere infection 59 cases ,infection rates were 39 .00% and 29 .50% ;The left and right ABI ,patients with HP infection in patients with and without HP infection patients ,there was no statistically significant difference comparison ,the left and the right BaPWV :HP infection patients were(1719 .20 ± 325 .85)cm/s and(1722 .94 ± 330 .55)cm/s ,without HP infection patients were(1573 .64 ± 410 .75)cm/s and(1584 .59 ± 394 .16)cm/s ,compare the difference was statis-tically significant (P< 0 .05);the left and the right ABI :severe infection patients were(1 .04 ± 0 .10)and(1 .03 ± 0 . 11) ,mild infection patients were(1 .08 ± 0 .11)and(1 .08 ± 0 .13) ,the left and the right BaPWV :severe infection pa-tients were(1913 .60 ± 365 .22)cm/s and(1901 .48 ± 360 .53)cm/s ,mild infection patients were(1641 .27 ± 356 .80) cm/s and(1621 .19 ± 378 .51)cm/s ,compare the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05);Linear correlation between HP infection and ABI no correlation (P> 0 .05) ,and there was positive correlation between BaPWV (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with HP infection rate were higher , HP infection is closely related to the rise of BaPWV correlation ,HP infection may be involved in the occurrence of coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with atherosclerosis .关键词
