Research on organization temperature measurement of equipment manufacturing industry
摘要
Abstract
Based on the phenomenon that the biological body temperature can reflect the level of health, the organizational temperature of equipment manufacturing industry is proposed, and the connotation of which is analyzed.The model measuring the organization temperature of equipment manufacturing industry is established.Taking the equipment manufacturing industry in 12 regions including Liaoning, Jiangsu and Shandong as the research object, the temperature of equipment manufacturing industry is measured.The status quo of development and the gap with advanced regions reflected by the organization temperature of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning are analyzed emphatically, so as to provide strong support for the scientific development of Liaoning to take measures to enhance the level of equipment manufacturing industry.关键词
